      Swimming should do just fine :) 45 minutes of splashing around or 30 pool lenghts will make you scare the fat off of you.

    9 hours of sleep should do. You do not have to go for 10. Try increasing the intensity of your exercise. Great site though.

    I work as a night security officer and cannot get that much hours of sleep, is there any other way to substitute this step?
